Damon James

Hi, I am Damon James, the Co-Leader of the Men’s Ministries. I became a member of The Apple of His Eye Apostolic Ministries Inc. in 2018. Since then I have grown a lot in the things of God. I attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with the children, family, and watching sports (die-hard Redskins fan).

Although my life is on a upward trend now it has not always been that way. I had my first child at the age of 18, 1 month prior to graduating high school. I have dealt with the struggle and the pressures of “being a man” while also being a young father. I “grew up” quick and made sacrifices and passed on things that other friends my age were doing. I’ve also lived and slept out of my car finding apartment complexes that I felt were safe enough to sleep in while holding on to a knife that I grabbed from a restaurant I was working at as a form of protection. So trust me when I tell you God has brought my a mighty long way and there is nothing I have done more special than anyone else. So if He will do it for me He definitely will do it for you.
